Year 5 and 6 Miss Murphy 2019 - 2020

Ms Murphy

Summer Term 20th April
Today marks the beginning of the Summer Term and the start of me becoming your teacher. It's an unusual start compared to the one we were expecting however, I know it will be a fantastic term because you are all superstars. I am sure you will all join me in wishing Mr McDonald luck at his new school and Mrs Connolly luck in her new role as Acting Head teacher.
I will continue in Mrs Connolly's footsteps of setting you daily and weekly work. Each day I will set work on mymaths, you can practise spellings, timestables and reading. A comprehension task will be set weekly in your CGP books, towards to end of the week I will upload the answers for you to mark and edit. I will post a weekly learning grid of activities that you can complete. You can then upload pictures and videos of these weekly activities onto Class Dojo, I am excited to see your interpretations of them.
I am very much looking forward to the term ahead and I hope you are too. I can't wait to hear from you all, stay inside, stay safe and we'll hopefully see eachother soon.
